What this policy covers

This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website. It covers the website and nothing else.

If you go on to hire a contractor we introduce you to, that contractor holds your details under their own privacy policy from that point on. Ask them for a copy before the work starts.

Who we are

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us. When you call, email, or send a form from this site, that usually means your name, your phone number, your email address, the address the work would happen at, and whatever you tell us about the job.

Our web host also keeps standard server logs. Those record the IP address a request came from, the type of browser that made it, and which pages were asked for. They exist so the site can be kept running and secure, and nobody reads them looking for you.

Why we hold it

To answer you. To pass your inquiry to a contractor who can price the work. To keep a record of what was asked for and what was quoted, in case a question comes up later.

That is the whole list. Nothing collected here is used to build an advertising profile of you, and nothing here is sold.

Who else sees it

Your inquiry goes to the contractor who covers the Mission Viejo area, so they can quote for the work. We do not pass your number to a list of firms who will all call you.

Beyond that, your details are seen only by the suppliers who keep this site running, such as the web host and the email provider, and by anyone we are required by law to give them to.

Cookies and measurement
